Terms & Conditions:
* The RMA
number must be clearly visible on all shipments received or the items(s)
will be REFUSED.
* The RMA# is valid only the date were given. Must returned within the date
specified, or else your RMA will be refused.
* ALL LCD, CRT MONITOR FOR RMA, MUST BE RETURN IT IN ORIGINAL BOX.
* The defective and/or DOA products must have a trouble tag attached to
each product describing the problem.
* DOA replacement items will be for immediate replacement and must have all
the components and accessories (cables, manuals, disks, original
packaging). DOA replacement may be authorized up to 15 days from the original
invoice date. More restrictive time requirements may apply on some items
such as CPUs, etc.
* All products received damaged, tampered, altered, and/or abused will be
subject to refusal and warranty voided. Customers must ensure returns are
properly packaged.
* All RMA's will be repaired and replaced, and shipped UPS GROUND. If
customer requests service other than UPS GROUND, the company will bill the
customer for additional freight.
* Customers are encouraged to request RMA numbers directly from manufacturers
where policy allows it.
* UNAUTHORIZED PRODUCT RETURNS: IN THE EVENT THAT ANY PRODUCT IS RETURNED
WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION, THE PRODUCT WILL BE HELD FOR 30 DAYS. IF AT THE END
OF THE PERIOD, THE PRODUCT HAS NOT BEEN RETRIEVED IT WILL BE ASSUMED IT IS
ABANDONED AND WILL BE DISPOSED OF ACCORDINGLY.
